I’ve had a great experience doing ground work with the some of the horses and getting them to join up. The horses have not been ridden for a long time, but you only need to do a little ground work to get them back to saddling to ride. These horses are well cared for and loved by the owner. If you are looking for a horse to adopt this is the place to go. Don’t be surprised if a horse follows you around because they are curious and friendly.

So much love with these incredible animals I can’t say it enough, horses are the best gift for your life. I started volunteering for Dee last summer, and was immediately impressed with how loved and well taken care of these horses are. I've had the pleasure of working one on one with several of them in the round pen, and found them all pleasant in their demeanor & willingness to interact. The foundation has been laid, and each one is just looking for the perfect family to finish training and provide a forever home.
